Hi Rene2pi,

You have been given some great links to sites to help you determine the safest areas of Jacksonville. Another factor in determining location for anyone with children is what the school grades are. Here is a link to Florida School Grades.

In the Jacksonville area, Clay and St. Johns Counties are considered overall the best schools. However, Duval County's Stanton College Preparatory and Paxon High School consistently score in the tops nationally for test scores by US News & World Report. They are magnet schools and entrance is very competitive.

Your money will probably go further in Clay County than St. Johns County as a general rule, however there are always exceptions. We work with many relocating buyers and have extensive knowledge of both Clay, Duval and St. Johns counties, as longtime residents who have raised children here.

If this is helpful to you, please contact us for a Relocation Guide and more information to help you make the best decision for your family's lifestyle.

St. Augustine / St. Johns county have the highest ranked schools in the state. The parks and the programs for kids are amazing. Beutiful beaches and a nationally known Historic District make the city a winner.

Hi Rene,
Thank you for interest in moving to Jacksonville "Where Florida Begins". I see you have already been provided accurate and helpful information from other agents in the area. A relocation guide of Jacksonville may also be helpful, therefore, please respond to my email and I'll gladly forward one to you. If schools are important, the relocation guide will also provide websites for your convenience. If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
