Hi. I am a Realtor that lives in the Algonquin area and do know of the agent you mentioned but not on a personal basis. It's unfortunate that there are some agents out there that really don't appreciate this industry and try to take advantage of situations. I can only say that I hope that this agent has made a turn for the better in his personal life.
I am pleased to know that there are great buyers out there that do the research about who they chose to work with. I pride myself on providing only the highest level of service and treating my clients and family & friends, not just a client. It takes a lot of time, hard work and lots of emotion in finding or selling a home and it should be a process that you go thru with an agent you trust and feel confortable with.
