Why does this site give a crime chart for freeport that is so high compared to fl state, I check citi data?
and it was below the us average

FIRST ANSWER
Hi Pam--I don't know where they get their facts from, but I spend a lot of time in Freeport, and I can tell you that I see little evidence of crime and have never felt in danger there. I sit onsite at the Verandas at Freeport, and have never been concerned. It is a rural setting 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Northwest Florida panhandle. I have never heard of difficulties with crime anywhere in this area--it is a very popular destination resort area!!
