Why does it say the crimes are for my home? We have never, never had a burglary, fraud, vehicle theft at our home and have been here 19 years!!!!!!!!

The mapped area attached to the property in question shows your area to be green and a section around your house that's a shade just above the "low crime rate" color code. The recent crimes reported in the general area do not seem to be attached to the address of the home.

If you have read and interpreted the data correctly AND can demonstrate you have suffered lose as a result of irresponsible data, call an attorney and make the irresponsible parties make you whole again.
---------- The only way folks and companies will act responsibility is to hold them accountable for the consequences of their behavior. Call an attorney.

I showed your crime report to other friends and it looks like it is my property that was the one involved. The also read it incorrectly? I believe your terms should show that it was in the area for 1426 Sunswept Dr. And not for 1426 Sunswept Dr. It's your site and the wording should be corrected to show area and not actual for these addresses. I see where it is also on other houses in this area now. But guess who saw this? My buyers and they could have opted out because of what your company posted the way they posted it. This was scary for them to think they would be buying a house with all those things happening in my home. They never happened by the way and I've been here 19 years.

Third party sites gather info from other sites and often times are not completely accurate but can show a general view of crime in the area. I would check out http://www.crimereports.com. Again you are reading the information incorrectly. If you plugged in the address it is showing crimes in the neighborhood if you look closer. These links may assist you with crime statistics:
