A lot depends on your price range and your needs. We have many great neighborhoods all over Columbus and Phenix City. I've lived here all my life, so I guess I'm a little biased in that regard. Two areas that are really growing are Lee County and Fort Mitchell, both in Alabama. That's because Muscogee County (Columbus) is virtually built out, and the property taxes in Alabama are quite a bit less than those in Georgia.
