If you give them the property address they will be happy to tell you of any calls/incidents at that address and nearby.
As Anna said, realtors may not comment on such things because to do so might be considered steering a customer to or away from a specific neighborhood.
Great question- in fact this is one of the questions we get asked the most! unfortunately realtors are not allowed to provide this type of data as we don't have the specifics on each neighborhood, however, the Pensacola Police and Escambia County Sherrifs offices do!
