Cassie, I don't know how I missed the flood part of the question. A homeowner's insurance company would be the best to contact for now. The zip codes here are big and really should go off of a specific address. Once you have chosen a home you will be able to view a survey and seller's disclosure that will tell you more. The taxes also vary by subdivision but generally average around 3.3% of assessed value from the county, not the bank. The best way is to find out what part of the zip code you are most interested in and go from there. That is the most accurate way. I always explain to my buyers at every neighborhood this information. Best thing to do is contact a Realtor.
