I have been asked many times , what are the "safe" areas in Orlando?

Here are some resources to utilize when exploring neighborhood options in Orlando and surrrounding areas.

To check out my profile, references and the references of the other agents, just click on my picture to go to my profiles and read what our clients say about us. Pick the broker that you think is right for you. Of course I hope it’s me, but if not then best wishes!

Search on MLS here:…

Highest and best regards.

Trulia has the info right here on their website that can assist with you that information. Click on Local Info > Lake Nona Community Info > and click on the CRIME tab. You can see a color coded map and it points out violent vs. nonviolent crimes.

Hope this helps you!

Realtors are not allowed to comment on crime. It is considered as promoting one area over another based on demographics, which violates some of the equal housing opportunity laws.

However, you as a customer have all the rights to investigate.
You may contact the police and sheriff departments for that area and ask, they keep statistics on it.
You can also use free websites like , , or that collect such info....however for some of them we don't know how accurate they are or how frequent the data gets updated. Was this answer helpful? If so please click on "best answer".
