Hi Stacy,
I am a REALTOR in Franklin and I live in Hill, which shares the same middle and high schools as Franklin. I moved up here in 1988 and my children have both graduated from the Franklin High School. I agree with Marsha Foden. This city has a safe small town feeling and it is smack dab in the middle of all kinds of recreational possibilities. Check out http://www.franklinnh.org for Town government info and http://newhampshire.hometownlocator.com/nh/merrimack/franklin.cfm for a helpful community profile. Better yet. Why don't you plan a visit and don't forget to stop by Granny Judy's, at the junction of Route 3 and Route 3A North (across from Benson's Auto), for some homestyle cooking. This is my favorite breakfast stop. :-)

Hello Stacy, I am a realtor and also live in Franklin, NH. This town has alot to offer.... If you like the outdoors, then you can visit Webster lake with it's 2 town beaches, and bring the boat as there is also a boat launch, or do some hiking along the Pemi River, or how about our own walking trails. Hunting, fishing, cross crountry skiing, snowmobiling on our own trails, and we even have a ski area. If you like the arts then you should know they have brought back the Opera House to enjoy a play. The town recreation department always has something going on for our children, and adults. Close shopping to the Tilton outlets and an easy commute to Concord. I can't say enough about the town and have lived up here for 11 years. Great community! If you would like more information please feel free to get in touch. Marsha Foden
