$3374 per year.
According to the MLS... HOA fees include--- Cable Tv, Water/Sewer, Trash Disposal, Association, Ground Keeping, Management, Maintenance, Insurance, Pest Control. This is not bad for the area when you consider that the insurance for beach property can be quite costly.

If you have any other questions I would be happy to assist you.

HOA is the Home Owner's Association.
$HOA are dues - charged monthly, quarterly, or annually to help cover property/service expenses.

I would get in touch with the HOA Office or contact the listing agent directly.

Listing provided: by Abigail Panayiotou, Perdido Realty
Property Website:

They also appear to have a Rental Manager / Agent for the property, JD Hallam:

I would ask what the fees are, when they are due and what they cover.

HOA stands for Home Owners Association. I suspect you are referring to the fees the association charges. It would be a good idea to find out what those fees cover. Often in a townhouse community they would cover lawn maintenance, snow removal and maintenance of the exterior of the structures, but it's always best to be sure.
