Crime & Safety in Maitland>Question Details

Susan Kaminga, Renter in Maitland, FL

We were told to stay east of 1-4 and west of 436, and that anywhere close to Eatonville and Lockhart were unsafe areas. Can you comment on Korat Lane?

We like the city data stats we saw about Maitland. Is this really still considered Maitland?

There are lots and lots of places that boarder Eatonville that are absolutely gorgeous, such as Maitland.

Hi Susan,

If you provide me with your email address I can forward a neighborhood and crime report to you with all the statistics.

I hope this helps,

that is the truth on Eatonville and probably Lockhart too. Not sure where you are coming from, but Pine Hills nickname is Crime Hills. Korat Lane is a stones throw from the Maitland police department and in the middle of multiple business complexes - so it isn't bad.
