An informed buyer is a smart buyer. Learn more about any property that you are interested in by visiting http://www.miamidade.gov and going to the Property Search page. This will prompt you to enter the address of a property and will execute a report to include all crime in the area. You can also search for schools, sexual predators/offenders and other important and very useful information that will help you in choosing the right location for you and your family. A Relocation Realtor can help alleviate the stress and provide you with answers to your questions. Make an informed real estate decision...be a smart buyer!

How reliable are the "studies" that you are looking at? Secondly, even if an area was spotless according to "studies" not all crime reports get filed accordingly or better yet, not all police agencies list violations for what they really are (ie. a police officer listing a domestic violence or burglary as a simple infraction). Your best bet would be to visit the area in person or gather information from a truly reliable source.
