Should I have a safety concern if I choose to buy a garden unit?
I'm looking to buy a Garden Unit just west of ravenswood manor and east of Western Ave. I realize this is a very safe neighborhood however I still have a concern about safety. Are there any stats to answer my question?

FIRST ANSWER
I don't know af any statistics on this. My clients with garden units have never had safety issues but I know safety is a general concern of garden owners. I highly suggest purchasing an alarm system with a monitoring service just to be on the safe side.
