We used to live in Villa Conradi and would not suggest you let your daughter live there. We had a leaky roof for 9 months that they would not fix. They told us to "get a bucket". As far as crime goes, it has gone downhill in the last year or so, but overall mostly safe. I did have my truck broken into and my backpack stolen. Other than that, we didn't have any crime issues. However, they have lowered their rent recently which seemed to bring in more shady characters. The management is not worth dealing with, in my opinion.

The Tallahassee Police Department has a Website that is
"searchable through numerous formats such as date range, activity type, proximity to an address,
a specific geographic boundary, neighborhood association, and additional parameters"

Hi Pam,
Ethically I can not speak about a neighborhoods crime rate. Your best bet is to contact the local police station, give them the address and they can provide you with the information you need.
