evenings per week and will have to come home late on those days. We loved the neighborhood and the apartment, but last night I read in a couple of online forums that Regent Place is one of the worst/most dangerous spots in all of Brooklyn. Is that true? Does anyone know anything about this building in particular?

FIRST ANSWER

well 2025 is okay because its on ocean ave. but dont ever walk up regent place going to flatbush. alot of my friends easily got robbed and jumped their. beverly and east 21 is also terrible.
