This is a very safe family neighborhood. Lived there for four years, walked every where by myself day or night and never was afraid. Left my doors unlocked at night...felt very safe and I moved here from San Francisco where there is crime....

yes, it is. I moved here from PV , Mx. and Santa Fe has more crime, sirens all the ime. Actually reminds me of Miami Beach or NY, NY. People are actually more friendly in those cities. I think it is the drug problem.

I would recommend going directly to the local police department for crime stats. Online resources are ok, but to get a true look, refer to the local authorities.

Well, I was just going by the map on the Trulia web site. It puts that address in the Red area, which is the highest crime area in the city. That's where I got my info.

Hmmmm, in the last 6 months, there was 1 burglary, 1 bicycle theft, 4 cases of shoplifting and 2 cases of larceny in about a 1/2 mile radius of this address. I don't know how that would be viewed in Denver, but this doesn't seem to be a "high crime rate area" to me. This address is in a great area. I assume you know that the price you see is for a fractional ownership; that is the price is for 1/8 ownership.
