It seems that March 2013 has been a time when 5 police actions are listed, 2 violent and 3 non-violent. Do you see graffeti regularly? Do you believe?

Ron is correct.

The best we can do for you is to guide you to the local police web site which is:
http://www.sanantonio.gov/sapd

There you can find statistics on certain neighborhoods. The thing I suggest to people with concerns is to drive the neighborhood on Friday and Saturday evenings to sense the activity. And, on Saturday mornings when people do their yard work, take a light walk and ask the residents what their experience in the neighborhood is.

I found the information about the police actions on the profile sheet of the home I found in the school district I was looking to live in. Thank you for your responses.

Realtors are not a good source for CRIME information;
If we comment on CRIME, RACE, RELIGION, etc. we can be accused of "STEERING", which can cost us our license.

GOOGLE or contact your local police.
