Good Evening,

Unfortunately Realtors can not answer questions worded like that. It may be considered steering: which is the act of encouraging consumers to avoid certain neighborhood or area. It is great that you are doing research before selecting an area to live in. I recommend searching the internet for sites that provide unbiased accurate information. Most government sites will have the best information with regards to any area. You can go to the following sites to help assist you with your search. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.

Local law enforcement does not monitor these questions on Trulia. If these issues are of great concern the best place to get answers is either the local police or sheriff's dept.
