Dear Violin:

This home on Emelita Avenue sold last year in the $70K range and is no longer on the market. You may wish to ask a Realtor to show you the homes in Mesa that are for sale at the present time. Trulia does not have this link updated with the sale.

The older section of Mesa is near Main and Central with more newer developments with HOAs as you move to the east.
