Rohnert Park is a very safe town. Crime does exist but violent crime is very rare.

Being a 'suburb' of larger cities such as Petaluma and Santa Rosa, of course there is a police blotter. However, it is very safe to be out and about and the main concern for most residents is a traffic violation!
