Is crime an issue in Larkspur?
How safe is it or does it feel to walk around? And, is this the case across the city, or are there differences in different areas?

There is no crime problem, and it is safe to walk anywhere in the city.
FIRST ANSWER
Larkspur is a safe community. You can feel safe walking around town at any time, day or night. Marin attracts people for just this reason. It's not unlike how it was when I was growing up in the 50's and 60's.
