The National Child Abuse and Neglect number is 800-422-4453. They will connect you with the appropriate agency in your local area.

call the police NOW.....there must be a reason for the suspicion...better safe than sorry

FIRST ANSWER

You have an obligation to call the Police and/or Social Services if you suspect child abuse. In Florida, the agency is Child Protective Services, but any governmental agency will help you find the correct contact information. If you make a report, the issue will be investigated to be sure the child is safe. Please do so.
