Isis Nabut, Home Buyer in Delray Beach, FL

If I am close to a "red zone" area in terms of crime, what does that mean for my investment home?

Asked by Isis Nabut, Delray Beach, FL Thu Apr 12, 2012

I am looking to rent it immediately with help from my family since I live out of state. I realize I would need an alarm system. But how easy is it to rent this place to someone who would like to enjoy the downtown Delray Beach area, vacation wise or living wise...Thanks for any of your help

When priced right, everything sells and everything rents with no problem.
If it is a "red zone", the common sense should tell you, that you may not be very successful with a short term/ vacation rental, but will have to look for a long term tenant.
I hope there are realtors in your Florida family to help you check the background and the credit worthiness of your prospective tenant.
Good luck with your investment.
