I saw a house at 8023 Oakington in Houston. It has been on the market since June. Any info I should know?

Hi there, the only one person who would know the listing/selling history of that property is the selling agent of the property(which is the one Thomas mentioned). If you are working with a realtor, your realtor would be able to help you get answers. If you are not working with a realtor, you can call the selling agent (phone#/name also provided by Thomas) directly to get answers. Seems to me that it's not out of norm for houses 3000 sqf and up to sit on the market for that long to sell in that area based on past 6 month sold record from har. Just my personal opinion.
