It's been quite some time since this question was posted! I know the Stillwater Drive are pretty well - Biscayne Point, North Beach, Normandy Shores and Surfside. For waterfront single family homes in Miami Beach ~ Stillwater Peninsula may be the most affordable and is fairly safe as well.

Hello Nadia,

The direct answer is yes it is a safe place.

But, if you like statistics on crime or neigborhood demographics in that particular area, I can send those to you.

Any Realtor can send you just about anything you want to know about the area. Schools, Shopping, etc. . .

If I can be of assistance please let me know.
