This home is located in Chino Valley. It is close to a grade school. and about 1/4 - 1/2 mile to the emerging shopping district of Chino Valley. This area isn't in a trailer park. All of thee homes are either doulbe-wide or single-wide mobiles. There are some "not so nice" but most are nice.
IChino Valley is about 17 miles from Prescott, and about a like distance from Prescott Valley.
If you wish to do so, e-mail us at: kathycharlie@prescottlistings.com giving particulars as to the price rane, number of bedrooms, site built, modular or double-wide. We can establish a search for you. Do you plan on ultimately relocating to this area?
Sincerely,
Charlie Musarra & Kathy renkenR

Hi Yolanda,
Without knowing your price range and additional criteria it will be difficult to narrow down the search. Prescott has some very nice Manufactured home developments around Willow Lake. I have shown fixer uppers in that area that were in $150,000 to $200,000 range.
Prescott Valley also has manufactured home areas where you can sometimes find a home under $150,000, generally and older house. Prescott Valley also has some very nice homes listed in the $150, 000 to $200,000 price range.
Please go to my web page: http://www.PaulineRoth.com and search for properties in the area or send me and email at AZPicketFences@gmail.com and I will be happy to assist you in your search.

MY FIRST CHOICE IS PRESCOTT,OR PRESCOTT VALLEY. HOWEVER, IT MAY BE TO COSTLY FOR ME TO BUY. A VERY SMALL FIXER, OR A CONDO, WOULD DO. IF I GET OUT A LITTLE FROM PRESCOTT, MAYBE I COULD BUY MORE HOUSE FOR MY DOLLAR. I DO NO WANT TO BE OUT WHERE THERE IS A LOT OF TRAILER TRASH. A NICE PARK WOULD BE OK, IF I HAVE TO GO TO A MODULAR OR MOBILE. LET ME KNOW WHAT THE SITUATION IS. HERE IN YUMA, SOMEONE ALWAYS PASSING AWAY, OR THEY GET TO OLD TO MAKE THE TRIP HERE. LOTS OF SNOWBIRDS HERE. SOME GOOD BUYS COME UP. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP. YOLANDA WILSON

Hi Yolanda,
Having lived and worked in the Prescott area for a number of years I share your enthusiasm for the area!
Chino Valley, Prescott and Prescott Valley along with Dewey/Humboldt form a triangle of sorts.
Chino Valley is about 10 miles North of Prescott, Prescott Valley is about the same distance going east from Prescott and if you keep going east you will run into Dewey Humboldt.

There are a number of manufactured homes in different price ranges sprinkled through out all of our communities. I would be happy to help you determine if the listing you are looking at is a modular or manufactured home and how far away from Prescott it is located. Please repost your question with either an address or MLS number.
