Eggleston Heights is a convenient area in "old" Arlington....just South of Jacksonville University. If you want to check with the Sheriff's office they will give you statistics about the area. As other agents have indicated, Real Estate agents are not allowed, nor are we really credible concerning something for which we are not licensed......so....Let me say this....there are GREAT areas in ALL of Jacksonville.....everyone is looking for something different.....the Eggleston Heights area is convenient to downtown, to all types of shopping.....county (free) boat ramps are available to launch into the St Johns River or the Arlington river....or Pottsburg Creek......you can get to the Jacksonville Beaches in about 15 minutes....plus or minus, based on time of day.......Established yards.....large trees......settled area.....if you would like to explore this area...or another area of ANY of the Northeast Florida areas.....contact my son, Hickory, at 463-5664 or h.delegal@comcast.net or me, Donna, at 732-PACK (732-7225) or startpacking@comcast.net Thanks for the question.....hope to meet you personally in the near future!

Hi, You can visit http://www.HomeFair.com and click on the city reports section for in-depth crime stats and area demographics. They have a great side by side zip code comparison feature as well. Other options for crime would be http://www.SpotCrime.com and http://www.CrimeReports.com.

It is illegal for a REALTOR to provide crime stats or demographics for a neighborhood. We can simply provide the resources for you. The local sheriff's office can provide crime stats by zip code, or area. You can also check the Census Bureau stats or go to http://www.bestplaces. net. After you decide what area of town is best for you & your family, you communicate that to your Realtor. Then, the search is on!
