Answering those questions is not going to happen:
The Federal Government take a dim view of this; so much so that a Realtor can lose his license for what they call "STEERING",
whether they answer positively or negatively.
I have had a few buyers in my life ask the same similar question.
An easy way to find out this answer is by simply going to the local Sheriff's office or Police Department and asking the Watch Commander or Police Sargent to please print you the statistics you are requesting.
A local Law Enforcement agency is in the business of dealing with the local community and they should be the entity of contact for information regarding public information dealing with crime and ethnicity within a particular neighborhood.
A secondary entity to gather information is the FBI. They are pretty good at keeping statistics.
Remember, as a tax payer, and/or as a member of the community, you and I have a right to request from public officials and public entities, information regarding the public. (accept for information regarding an ongoing investigation, information of sensitive nature or information regarding security or information of a secret nature you probably wont get.)
For further clarification, please review the Freedom of Information Act and/or a lawyer for further information regarding your question.
