I have friends in that area- the crime here is really low compared to Phoenix. Property crime is probably the most prevalent. We live about 5 min from there and we have been here six years. In that 6 years we have never been a victim of any type of crime. In our neighborhood there have been some cars that have been broken into and some homes burglarized a few summers ago. Mostly because people left their windows/ doors unlocked. This is a great family area and many retirees also.
