Hi Frank. This is a somewhat rural neighborhood but in a rapidly developing area of Canton. No news of high crime or break ins, it seems to remain a safe and nice place to live. Many homes are on the market, although the new construction seems to be selling better than the resales. Very common in Cherokee County right now. The link below will guide you to the demographics page of this neighborhood.

Hi Frank,

Agents really can not comment on crime due to the Fair Housing Act. This may be considered "steering"...meaning an agent is steering a client away from a certain neighborhood.

They can however provide data which can be used by a client to make their decision.

Always contact the local police department for accurate data and some web sites such as the one below provide information for areas based on local police reports.

If this is in the city limits then you would go to canton police for stats but if outside of the city you would go to Cherokee county for stats.

A broker/agent should not be commenting on whether an area has high crime or not. What type of crimes committed is just as important for the area. The police will also be where you go to lookup sex offenders for the area you are thinking of living in.

Again the police is the best place to go for this information.

The local police department is your best source of information, why not visit and ask all your questions, they'll gladly answer, and hear all there is to hear firsthand--then make a determination, will your comfort level be reached.

Hi Frank,

Often the best resource for safety and crime information is the local police department or the county sheriff's department. They have access to the most current and accurate information and are generally very willing to be helpful.
