How do I find out if the area around Spring Park Village is a high crime area? Thanks!

2 things come to mind. 1 city-data.com. Type in the city name and watch as pages of info arrive.
2 talk to the local police dept. They should know and be able to tell you where the crime areas exist. You can also inquire about the specific property to see if the police have had calls there.
