Have the crime rates in Pilsen decreased?
How has the crime rates in Pilsen changed since 1990, or even before then? Has the education changes also along with employment and real estate improved since 1990?

Hi Becki,
It may be difficult to find a real estate agent who will be able to answer your question directly. Discussing crime statistics and offering information that might be considered opinion rather than cut and dry facts could get an agent in trouble for violating their License Laws. You can probably find the stats your looking for by doing some well worded Google searches. Some of the stats your are looking for are also available on the City of Chicago website and the Chicago Police Department websites. Good luck locating the info you are searching for!
