Credit repair services charge a wide range of fees, and get a wide range of results. You may be able to work your credit issues without a service.

Try the following search results for HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agencies,or Google "free credit counseling" to find the help you need.

I have known George, the owner of EMG and have been referring clients to his firm for 15 years. He and his team do a fabulous job and I have never had a client whom I referred that was not very pleased with them. http://www.yourdebt.org

Our law firm assists clients with their credit. As far as pricing, sometimes you get exactly what you pay for. Our firm does not contact the credit bureaus but rather we contact the creditors directly. We have found more success by contacting the creditors.

If you want to repair your credit yourself we have a free tutorial plus all the forms to repair credit at http://www.henleycreditlaw.com/diy-credit-repair/ .

You get a free credit report once a year. If you put in a credit card to other sites, you will more than likely get charged after the "free trial". Good luck. The Real Estate Call Center 210-286-9289.

I recommend Omega Credit Repair and Counseling Services. They are they most efficient and cost-effective credit repair company I have ever worked with. It is true that clients can dispute their own accounts directly with the credit bureaus, however, you are paying for the legal knowledge and convenience of having a professional do it for you. I look at it this way, if I were filing bankruptcy, I wouldn't go down to the courthouse and research how to do it myself, I would hire a bankruptcy attorney. This is along those same lines. They can be reached at:

Credit repair organization.....

Quite simply is any company that can do EXACTLY what you legally can do on your own, but simply gets paid because they have the time and know-how that most do not. I have had all types of run ins w/ CR companies, the Good, the Bad, and the "holy hell run for your life". I think that last one is straight verbage from the FTC's website... ;) just kidding.

http://www.annualcreditreport.com

Gives you one free report through all 3 bureaus. It might even be worth the $12 to have your score pulled as well.
We sit down with clients all the time and get them lined up with the right lender who will consult w/ them to as what needs "cleaning", then they will show you where to go. A good company that works and has shown my clients results in less than 90 days charges about $65 a month. That's a good price for someone to do all the work for you.

If none of that works, then just drive up to some of the CR companies in town. If all their customer parking spaces have handicap signs, then I would keep driving! ;)

God bless,

Josh

I actually help people repair their credit. I have a simple system that consists of a letter writing campaign. First we challenge negative entries on credit reports with the bureau asking them to "verify" the account. After that we take the next step and send a certified letter to the debt collector doing the reporting and demand that the "validate" the account. I use the protections provided by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 (b). It's all legal, no magic, just persistence. I have a series of form letters that I adapt to each person. I write the letters, they sign and mail them. I charge a very low fee compared to the companies and law firms out there.

I started doing this to bring my own credit scores up so I could buy a house. Then I started helping my clients so I could sell them a home. Now I help all sorts of individuals for a variety of reasons.

Call or email me if you want to talk further. Thanks,

Have you gotten the three free credit reports you can get yet? There is very little anyone can do anything you can not do yourself. If you find mistakes on your credit report, send a letter disputing the item to that particular credit reporting agency.
