Each landlord may have different requirements, however the standard is income, and rental references.

Francoise,
Are you looking to rent out your home?

If so, I can provide a rental agreement for your tenant to complete.

Other things to consider:
Have the interested tenants complete an application and conduct a background check as well.

If I can be of further assistance, please contact me.

You will need to fill out a rental application, here we send a rental verification to your last place of residence, and in most cases the landlord will want to check your credit.

Typically you will need to fill out a rental application. They will also typically check your credit.
