There are other factors besides credit that determine mortgage qualification, therefore for a personalized answer do visit with any licensed loan officer; be aware that a mortgage pre-approval letter is required in order to determine your price range and for any offers to be taken seriously.

Hello Katherine,
It's not a "good" credit score but it should allow you to qualify for a loan if your debt-to-income ratio qualifies. Your interest rate or fees may be higher than others whose scores are higher.

I suggest that you contact a few mortgage brokers or lenders to determine what amount you qualify for and what the rates would be. I state to contact a few lenders as their fees do vary.

Good luck!

That's a good enough credit score to qualify for a loan, but your rate and fees will likely be high if you get approved.
