I have a score 626 / 630 and 620 for all three creditors, can I qualify for mortgage loan?? I have about 15k saved up????

Definately probable to get a loan via FHA, which means you may not need your down payment as you can do 3.5%, but you have options.

I would be happy to refer you to a mortgage broker and can tell you about homes available and some buyer incentives which exist in these areas. Possible to get closing costs and most downpayment paid for you.

Your mid score is 626 therefore you should be able to qualify for an standard FHA 203b loan providing you meet income, debt, and employment qualifications. I recommend finding a local Realtor and ask them for a Loan Officer referral. They are supposed to you at least 3-4 so you can interview them and see what each can do for you.

Randy Roberts stop spamming Trulia. The Lendersnetwork is a scam buyers beware. They hire people to creat fake profiles and spam Truila.

Look at Randy Roberts profile he has 100s of spam comments left on blogs. This company uses companies overseas to create fake profiles to leave comments all over the internet to promote their company. They are a mortgage lead company that wants to sale your information to mortgage lenders and brokers.
