Nicky Vocleb…, Renter in Goldsboro, NC

How do I rent if I have credit issues from the past. I am not full time employed, and I do pay my bills on time. I still need a place to live.

Hello Heather,
I suggest that you ask a relative or friend who has good credit to determine if they may be willing to sign as a "Guarantor" on the lease. This means that if you do not pay the monthly rent then your Guarantor would be responsible for the payment.
In the meantime; do attempt to clean up your credit and call any creditors where you have any disputed charges to have those removed.

Best wishes!

Visit They are amazing! They took me from a 520 credit score to a 640+ enough to stop renting and purchase a home finally! Have referred all my friends and family to them. MC

Hi Heather: This recent economic depression has affected all of us. Did you know that 90% of Americans have some sort of credit issues? As more folks turned to renting rather than buying, it has pushed rental costs higher & landlords can be picky as there are often multiple folks wanting a particular unit. I would recommend you get in touch with REVITAL CREDIT SERVICES. Many of my clients have been happily surprised by a few things they can do now to start back on the road to a better credit score. You can reach Michelle and Jeff at 919-239-8316. Download their free eBook, "Revitalize Your Credit' at Good luck! Let me know how you make out!

Thank you so much for your feedback! I did make a mistake in my question, however. Although I do not think this will change any of the replies that I have received. I am full time employed. I am currently working very hard to revitalize my credit, and do believe I am well on my way. I will look into the credit service you referred to! Thank you so much!
