FHA requires a 640 credit score, however like Brent mentioned you can get one, you may possibly get one as low as 600 but there are stricter guidelines and may require you to put up a larger down payment

We help people who have low credit scores and match you with a lender that has a loan product for you. 580 credit score needed for FHA and 620 for conventional with 3% down.

We have a program that allows for as low as a 600 score. I had one approved with less than 620 on Friday. The rules are tougher and the rates slightly higher but it can work for the right borrower. Please let me know if you need further information.

Look at Randy Roberts profile he has 100s of spam comments left on blogs. This company uses companies overseas to create fake profiles to leave comments all over the internet to promote their company.
