W-O-W may stand for week over week and Year over year, but I am unsure, since Trulia is using those abbreviations.
The square foot prices for Corona de Tucson are skewed on public websites. In the know agents that want to broaden exposure for their clients listings are not using Corona de Tucson in their addressing, but use Vail instead, since Corona is not known to most Tucsonans. Vail is the mailing area, and is recognized more widely. This also corresponds to the Vail school district, which Corona is part of.
I have listed 5 homes in Corona in the past few months, and all say Vail. I assure you none of them are priced at $70 per square foot, with the exception of manufactured homes. A better way to search is to use the zip code of 85641, which encompasses both.
If you are a seller trying to price your home, or a buyer trying to see area value, you will need a competent Real Estate Pro. The public websites can't get the job done correctly since there are so many variables. I am an area specialist and live and work in Corona. Please give me a call - I can make it easier!
