"Good" means different things to different people, especially when it comes to school districts. Do you mean academically superior or do you mean in terms of extra-curricular activities or something else? There are so many variables that, without you being more specific, it is difficult to answer your question.
A couple of good sites for school district and general area information are bestplaces.net and city-data.com. You may want to begin your research there.

Do you have a buyer? If you signed a contract to sell your home and you have not yet received an offer that you've accepted, you may cancel out of your contract with your listing agent without penalty.
If you've accepted an offer and changed your mind, the buyer may be able to sue you for damages. Also, you'll still owe a commission to your listing broker as they did find you a buyer for your property as you've agreed upon. I suggest you visit their website and and sign up for an orientation. They usually hold them in Suffolk Community College, the Brentwood campus.

NO bank will loan you money if the house is no longer habitable; therefore, technically you can walk due to financing clause. And that doesn't mean the current bank will fix it for you even if you ask. They may just release you from the contract.... more
