Hi Linda, as a buyer you always have the ability to make an offer when purchasing a home whether it be an existing home or a new build. There are also a variety of ways that you can negotiate. For instance, price, terms, features/upgrades, seller concessions. Some of these terms are "industry" and maybe confusing. If there is anything that would be helpful let me know and good luck to you!
Hi Camdahl, there are a couple of options on how to do this. If you pay a monthly fee of any kind the company that gets the check can help you get a copy. If you do not, we as Realtors can help you get in touch with a title company (it does not have to be a specific one) to get a copy. If you closed on your home recently (lets say the last 2 years) you may have them in your folder of documents. If this seems overwhelming or does not make sense please call or email me and I am happy to walk you through it.... more
Kaplan is a great place to start and they have several types of learning paces either in classroom or home-study. I started with Century 21 Metro Alliance and have not worked for any other company in the last 4 years. We are not a big office but, we are a very supportive office. Century 21 has incredible resources. Best wishes to you!... more
