My home was foreclosed June 2010. Fannie Mae took the loan from Bank of America (Countrywide), however, I have a 2nd mortgage from UVA Credit Union.
I recommend consulting with an attorney. Generally, the second mortgage is not going to go away. The second trustholder can go after you for what they are owed. Fannie Mae will not c ... more
