Taxes in the Campbell Hall area are consistent with the rest of Orange County, and vary with the size, age, and features of the home. In addition, Campbell Hall includes more than 1 school district, each having a different tax rate. It's impossible to give you fuel costs because there are so many variables. Some of the considerations are the size of the home, how well insulated it is, the efficiency of the windows, and of course, your temperature preference, and how much hot water you use.
If you identify a home you're interested in, I would be happy to verify the taxes for you, and request a history of the fuel costs.
Listings nearly always show the taxes. This gives you a general idea of what to expect, but verification at the time you're buying is important because the numbers can change.
If you have a price range in mind, I can research homes in your target area to see what the taxes are running.

It depends on how much you owe on your taxes as their are limits by banks. For the most part our loan modification attorneys have been successful with homeowners that have taxes owed and just can't pay them right now. The bank will need to know how much it is, i assume it is reporting on your credit report? If not you will need to submit proof and if the amount owed is reasonable and not astromical for example under 40k you should be fine in getting the loan modification. There are other criteria to a loan modification that may disqualify you so keep that in mind. The bank may look at your other debts, like credit cards and that will also impact lenders willingness to do the loan modification. In situations like yours, if you get denied, have a loan modification attorney handle it for you as it sounds like you are trying it on your own first. So, don't give up as we do get homeowners a loan modification when they are denied all the time, our attorneys just need to take a look at your situation and evaluate it up front before committing to the modification.... more
