Diane, please understand that houses don't really sell in Camden. Rather they get listed. Then they get yanked off MLS to scrub the date they were first listed and then listed again. And again.
After a while when there is no activity someone puts up a sign "Vacation Rental". This is a tip off that they can't sell it and need to just cover the taxes. Eventually they sell. Maybe. There is a home on Pacscale, admittedly in Rockport, not Camden, that has been on the market for maybe 4 years.... more
