House paid in full 12 days ago. Contract states 'with crawlspace'. Broken water lines (not disclosed) NO crawlspace = expensive repair.

In the Burlington NC MLS system, is the realtor required to let it be known that a contingent offer has been placed on a house?
I think the MLS organization reccomends that it be made known.
