If a home inspector charges you for a termite inspection does the home inspector have to be a licensed termite inspector?
The home inspector may not be a licensed termite inspector however he/she will provide a licensed termite inspector. I usually see them work in teams.

I've heard it can be a problem trying to borrow a small amount - We're figuring we might need to borrow maybe $20-$30K for a house around $55K
Most mortgage companies have a minimum loan amount. My minimum is $40,000 but I can make exceptions.
