As you can see by the responses here, it's set to close Feb. 8th. Looks like it was taken off the market a couple of times in November for different reasons. Not sure if you're aware, but there was mold in that property which is, my guess, why the price was so significantly reduced.

You can try to make an offer on it, but the way most Lenders are operating these days, they are not very likely to respond to your offer. They are simply inundated with files right now and there are several specific forms and pieces of information they need to even begin to work the file. You are very likely to be on hold for long periods of time and / or forwarded to a voice mail box that is full and no longer taking messages.
Find a Realtor that you like and that works with auctions and let them help you put together an offer.
If that is the one I am thinking of, near Beard and Brooklyn Blvd, it has freeze damage and needs to be repaired before it can be inhabited.... more
