On the positive side - it is a nice quiet neighbor hood in a beautiful wooded area. Good walking neighborhood. easy commuting from there to nearly anywhere. Wide range of ages of homeowners and children.
on the negative side - the signage directing police and fire to the buildings is very poor. old, missing. you would want to have a friend or neighbor go out and wave in the emergency services when needed. Signage has been on the HOA agenda for over 6 years - which is sort of representative on how quickly decisions are made. Also the landscaper/snow removal is very poor - same vendor for years but they keep hiring regardless of his and his staff's unprofessional behavior on site and the problems and poor quality of their work.... more
