Although this question is fairly old, I would like to add that just because the average DOM for your subdivision may be a certain number doesn't necessarily mean your home will sell in that amount of time. I showed a Client several homes in Aspen Woods, most had been listed for over 3 months, however my buyer ended up choosing the one that was only on the market for 17 days mainly because he loved the dark color of the wood flooring. So you never know, your home may have that one thing that a certain buyer could fall in love with...could take months for that buyer to find you or it could only take a few days :)... more
