I think renting in Broome area is fairly easy. Assuming you are flexible with the deposit and willing to have at least a cat or dog resents. There are a few others.
The general sense is that Broome is a retirement/college area. Most of your tenants will be college kids, maybe a few older retired folks, and low income individuals. (Which right now there are more college/student house (it seems) then non student housing).
